We offer flexible cancellation terms which remove the stress and worry from booking your holiday.  You can cancel up to 7 days before the check-in date.

Our flexible terms & conditions enable you to book with confidence, knowing that if you cancel for unforeseen circumstances ( illness, travel restrictions or reluctance to travel), we will refund you in full.

Internationals arrivals Glasgow or Edinburgh you may wish early arrive to your accommodation.  We suggest you book a day early to guarantee early arrive.   We may have guest departing that morning and ETA would be 4p.m. – 6p.m.  to allow the accommodation to be serviced please add that extra day remember jet lag requires some sleep time and rest.  

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
